Brandon kept me informed during the repairs and his detailed report when he was finished was greatly appreciated. Brandon replaced the water pump, timing belts, radiator (he found it was decaying), thermostat and hoses. He found other issues that I had thought was only related to the water pump. Brandon clearly is operating on a high level of competence and I could see that as he diagnosed the over heating issues. ASE certified and a Master Mechanic designation.I have done minor repairs on our cars for decades so I know the basics. He’s very competent and well educated in automotive repair. This is the second time we have used Wrench to repair our Highlander for a different issue.
